"I have enjoyed the course.  She has great short videos for support.  Whether it is some mediotations or beautiful walks somewhere.  She challenges you to try new things.  Encourages you in your goals.  Helps you to remember if you do go off course a bit, you can try again or change the goal slightly if needed.  

I feel like I got excellent support.  I did change some of my goals slightly (throught the program).  I am happy with what I achieved.  She is a great cheerleader for us.  I had never done meditations before and enjoyed them.

I have been an authentic Yoga Teacher in Western Australia since 2017. Using my extensive understanding of the human body and psyche, I aim to bring ease and mobility to the body, giving you added strength and flexibility you never thought you had.

 

The road of yoga is endless - it all starts with a pose and a thought, and expands into a never-ending path of self discovery and growth. I value each and every person who joins my class and I look forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals.
