Meet Yogamates
In search of wellness, I found yoga and became a yoga teacher in September 2017. I believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and with their surroundings. Further training in: Yoga teaching styles, Ayurvedic Medicine, Meditation, Pranayama, Tai Chi teacher training, and Pilates training allowed me to offer wellness options. I continue to offer classes, and private sessions, as well as products to help my clients achieve healthier bodies and minds.
I help people over 50 maintain their phyisical and mental health so they avoid falls and maintain good relationships with loved ones.
In 2020 to change with changing needs and support my clients and the community, I have moved virtual. I have added zoom classes and zoom one on one sessions. Products can be purchased to facilitate home classes. Delivery options are now available.
