"I have enjoyed the course. She has great short videos for support. Whether it is some mediotations or beautiful walks somewhere. She challenges you to try new things. Encourages you in your goals. Helps you to remember if you do go off course a bit, you can try again or change the goal slightly if needed.

I have been an authentic Yoga Teacher in Western Australia since 2017. Using my extensive understanding of the human body and psyche, I aim to bring ease and mobility to the body, giving you added strength and flexibility you never thought you had.
