Welcome to Yogamates Hi, I'm Rachel Latham – a registered nurse, yoga teacher, wellbeing coach, and founder of Yogamates. With over three decades in healthcare, I've witnessed firsthand the toll that stress and burnout can take on individuals and teams. This experience ignited my passion for integrating evidence-based nursing practices with the transformative power of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation.​ At Yogamates, we believe in a holistic approach to wellbeing.
