Thanksgiving

You will come together both in person and virtually and be grateful.  We will have time to be kind to ourselves and others.  We will share thanksgiving as we can

You will bend and stretch with gratitude and notice how you feel.

There is opportunity to give thanks, and set a mantra for your year of thanks ahead.

You will share food, have ceremony, eat mindfully and connect with your tribe!!

Available both live and online,,,bring a plate to share.  If online there there is the option of your community meeting together and joining with your additional tribe and community.

You will experience Thankgiving with others. Bend, stretch, meditate, and set goals for a grateful year ahead.
