You may wanting a healthy option this morning so recipe suggestion: Juice recipe: Blender option: 1kg of mixed vegetables and fruit (chopped up) and 200 ml filtered water. Add to blender. Blend all ingredients for 30 seconds until blended... Juicer option: juice 1 kg of mixed vegetables and fruit (as required for taste). Add pulp to vegetable garden or worms or chooks, and pour jug. Add ice to jug. Or of course you can prepare another drink of your preference
