About
Are you tired of seeing the same programs? Are you wanting to really improve your wellbeing or that of your tribe/team? Are you wanting to understand how to influence you and your outcomes. This is the group for you.
Monthly discussion about all things wellbeing. These will be done online, with option for your local members to meet and chat over a meal following the group. Or maybe you would prefer your local group to use the replay to fit in with your time zone? Option of following book club with one of the many functional movement classes, meditations, or local community connection.
We will start be discussing the book of the month. Initially books will be predetermined with the opportunity for requests from members.
Books topics cover well-being pillars to keep you challenged in all areas.
